Cream and jam or cream with honey or even golden syrup on bread is so yummy! When I was growing up on the farm my dad milked a cow and mum used an electric separator to make the thickest, spreadable cream (when chilled) and straight milk. That cream was the best! Even now I prefer plain thickened cream to whipped cream (but rarely eat it).
Whipped cream on toast?! You know, I don´t think I´ve ever heard anyone eat that in Sweden, how interesting! I may have to try..! :-)
ReplyDeleteYou may think you are daring with this breakfast, but in my view you are still a beginner :-)
DeleteYou're very close to a scone!
